Authority Planning and the LGO

In the New Lane battle the Authority simply revealed behaviour now seen across England. The tactical dismissal of Covenant. A Covenant is effectively private Contract Law. So breaching one is not illegal - but in the New Lane Case there was also false information on the original Application (21st May 2024) for Certificate of Lawful Use.

The Govt. website suggests that can carry a 2 yr prison sentence. In reality the Local Authority or LGO could not care less in their pursuit to undermine Legal Restrictions.

Noting the Authority Planning Team were notified to third stage formal complaint , then the LGO invited to review. The LGO just replaying what the Council had said on the use of false information on the Application. So as we have seen throughout ,  a whitewash is seen across Authority.

Three weeks before New Lane, Harmony Children's Homes had made the same Application with false information in Huddersfield (29th April 2024). Applying as owners when not. This then ignored by Kirklees Planning. All the Councillors and MP shown what was happening with very little support of the 1925 Law of Property Act.

The Ofsted formal complaint outcome is still awaited. Expect more stonewalling and whitewash just referring out to Planning that has no Authority in the 1925 Law of Property Act. So as you can see clearly in this investigation , State corruption does exist in the UK.

Ofsted were notified of the Covenant and had mentioned Covenants on their own blog. See the Ofsted Page.  So expect another whitewash.

The Govt. only ever said Planning should not be a friction to Commercial C2 Homes - Govt. never went as far as sending direction to undermine private property Law. But all Authority and Institutions are now facilitating the undermining of the 1925 Act.
