We are looking to neighbourhood Covenant guardians to inform and give notice on C2 breaches of no Business Use Covenants in your local area. All C2 Business must go to the UT or face the consequence of cynical breach of Covenant for profit under the manufactured 'develop now' guise of Public Service / Interest. Leaving little room for the UT or Court after the Business simply opens even when on notice. Ofsted easily led into believing supplied Covenants do not impact the C2 Business. Again this is evidence of cross Authority collusion in this space. C4 could be next so a Case must be brought that shows what happens to, Develop now with evasion of the UT jurisdiction, C2 profit Care Home Businesses.

Council Planning Teams , Children's Services and Ofsted must be reminded of the 1925 Law of Property Act. Currently Public Trust and the rules based order is being eroded by engineered policies to undermine this 1925 Law of Property Act.
