Our Story

A sorry tale of what we found in UK Democracy.  After witnessing first hand the disregard for Commercial C2 trojans crahing into No business covenants , we decided to take action. This neglect for due process undermines our community's trust,   integrity and quality of life. We aim to restore accountability, educate and help residents.

Our Mission

All Commercial C2 Homes that meet with evidence of No Business Use Covenant Restriction cannot open or be registered by Ofsted unless modification is sought and successful through the proper Jurisdiction - The UT at the Land Registry. Their dwell time is not mitigation.

Our Values

We attempt to act speedily and intervene before Commercial C2 activities commence.

We do not seek to close open homes where a develop now march is stolen. We seek penalty paid to the Beneficiaries for any breach. Breach under strict license. This all has the same effect in enforcement of Beneficary rights.
