Kirklees Council
Kirklees Council granting Certificate of Lawful Use when shown to have been obtained using false Information.
Every possible support given to the Director that Applied for 2 Certificates at different premises with false information signed to be true. The Complaint taken to LGO who also whitewashed and dismissed this.
This was the start of gaming the C2 system by the Director.
The start of the unreasonable behaviour even the Court has refused to weigh so far.
Procedure used to obfusctae the CPR 1.1 under professional legal advice and in the case of one Beneficiary having 6 months of terror from evasion of due process, reckless staff parking , a £3000 find inflicted on him by Barrister led Defence.
This is the justice you can expect to find unless you come to the only team in England that has end to end mapped what is going on in the C2 COLU space.
After the false information we then showed Kirklees Officers (agents) the Covenants and these were also dismissed as private agreements.
- Three stages of complaint followed followed by LGO whitewash.
- Ofsted were to do similar (formal response awaited)
- The trawling for property in any location does immense damage and yet if 'other' relationship to land is signed to be true, there is no offence- However if false information is on the Application it can carry up to a 2 years prison sentence but that was simply ignored once pointed out.

So how can the Public Trust any of these actors or due process ?
All reported to all available complaints channels and those responses recorded in this website for Public Information so all can see what Authority has become and what it is willing to do to silence due process and the truth.
So far the Court has not been accessible enough to right this wrong and the UT has not even had a look in because its jurisdiction is tactically sidelined.
Yet no Court seems suitably offended by these tactics, leaving Benficiaries alone and unloved with collapsed trust in Authority.
